About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives on a fully remote basis.
This critical role involves developing sophisticated financial models, driving the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing key financial insights to support executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive FP&A experience, comfortable managing complex data sets and communicating findings effectively in a virtual environment. This position offers the chance to influence financial strategy and drive business performance without geographical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and investment evaluation.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• A minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with FP&A software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills suitable for a remote role.
