About the Role

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while serving clients across South Africa, including areas near Mahikeng, North West . The specialist will be responsible for creating personalized financial plans, offering expert advice on investments, retirement, and wealth accumulation, and fostering strong client relationships through virtual channels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans for clients, covering retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
• Conduct thorough client needs analysis through virtual consultations.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, risk management, and portfolio allocation.
• Stay current with financial markets, economic trends, and relevant regulations affecting personal finance.
• Monitor client progress towards financial goals and make necessary adjustments to plans.
• Utilize financial planning software to create projections and analyze various financial scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements in the Banking & Finance sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A professional designation such as CFP® is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive and effective financial plans.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning principles.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with proficiency in virtual meeting platforms.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and capable of managing a remote workload effectively.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Truth, Sage VIP, Xplan) and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of South African financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships remotely.
