About the Role Our client is looking for a highly motivated and certified Remote Fitness Coach & Program Designer to join their innovative online fitness platform. This role involves providing personalized fitness coaching, developing customized workout plans, and offering nutritional guidance to a diverse clientele through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs and goals. • Design individualized workout programs tailored to clients' fitness levels, preferences, and objectives. • Provide ongoing remote coaching, motivation, and accountability through various communication platforms. • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits. • Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide regular feedback. • Stay current with fitness industry trends, research, and best practices in remote coaching.

Requirements • Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). • Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach, preferably with online clients. • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and program design principles. • Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational skills for remote interaction. • Proficiency with fitness tracking apps, video conferencing tools, and online platforms. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively, based in or near Rustenburg .
