About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize their fleet operations from a distance. This position is vital for ensuring the efficient scheduling, maintenance, and tracking of company vehicles, all while working remotely.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding vehicle-related matters, coordinate maintenance appointments, and maintain comprehensive fleet records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at utilizing technology to manage a distributed fleet, contributing to operational efficiency and cost savings without being physically present at a depot.

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for a diverse fleet of vehicles remotely. • Maintain up-to-date records for all vehicles, including registration, insurance, licensing, and service history. • Monitor vehicle performance and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. • Serve as the main point of contact for drivers regarding fleet-related inquiries, issues, and requests. • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies for fleet operations. • Process invoices related to fleet maintenance and services, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. • Assist in the implementation of new fleet management technologies and processes.

Requirements • Proven experience in fleet coordination , administration, or a related logistics role. • Familiarity with fleet management software and tracking systems. • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships remotely. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment . • Understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and transportation regulations.
