Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet activities in real-time using fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization and timely service completion.
• Respond to and resolve operational issues, such as breakdowns, delays, or route deviations, remotely.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Liaise with drivers, maintenance teams, and clients to ensure smooth operational flow and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet safety, compliance, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management , logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Proficiency with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
