Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient fleet operations, including route optimization, fuel management, and maintenance scheduling, remotely.
• Oversee driver management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Utilize fleet management software and telematics data to track vehicle locations, monitor driver behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies across the fleet.
• Manage the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles, optimizing asset utilization and controlling costs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related issues, providing remote support and solutions to drivers and operational teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations, with a strong track record in a remote or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and relevant technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
