Key Responsibilities

• Analyze flight operational data, including flight times, fuel consumption, delays, and passenger load factors.
• Develop reports and visualizations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends.
• Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies or performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with flight operations, scheduling, and analytics teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain and improve data quality and integrity for all flight operations reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Flight Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the airline industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with flight operations, airline scheduling, and performance monitoring principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely .
