Remote FMCG Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities in areas such as inventory, logistics, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), including stock levels, delivery times, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and process improvements.
• Identify potential risks and disruptions within the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and potentially BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently.
