About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Remote Food & Beverage Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across their diverse catering portfolio. This is a fully remote position that requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of food service operations, supply chain management, and quality control. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in F&B services.
• Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices across all catering locations.
• Oversee aspects of supply chain management , vendor relations, and inventory control to optimize costs and ensure quality.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of remote and on-site operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and culinary to align operational strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably with a focus on catering or multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize operations remotely.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics , inventory management, and cost control.
• Expertise in food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
