Main Responsibilities • Source and attract qualified candidates for international opportunities. • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client requirements. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while keeping recruitment records up to date. • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience. • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication. • Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities, market trends, and business needs.
