You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, liaising with carriers, and managing documentation from a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the booking and tracking of air, sea, and road freight shipments.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth transit.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update the internal system accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding , logistics, or international trade.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with freight management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload effectively in a remote capacity.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
