Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Develop and integrate robust back-end services and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Implement and manage database solutions (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in full-stack development and FinTech.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection regulations crucial for financial applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for a remote setting.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.
