About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Fundraising Manager to lead their national fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising strategy to achieve annual targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations across various regions.
• Oversee the planning and execution of online and offline fundraising campaigns and events.
• Write compelling grant proposals, donor appeals, and sponsorship packages.
• Utilize and optimize CRM systems for donor management, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of fundraising staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising and development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven success in achieving ambitious fundraising goals through diverse strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate vision and impact.
• Experience with digital fundraising platforms, social media campaigns, and online donor engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and data analysis for fundraising metrics.
