About the Role Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Remote Fundraising Specialist to join their dedicated team, supporting their crucial work in the Charity & Voluntary sector from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets. • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations. • Write compelling grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and reports for various funding sources. • Manage and maintain donor database records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Plan and execute virtual fundraising events and campaigns to maximize donor participation and contributions. • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and program needs.

Requirements • Proven track record in fundraising, development, or a related non-profit role, with at least 3 years of experience. • Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, grants, or corporate sponsorships. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive writing. • Strong understanding of donor stewardship best practices and CRM/database management. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively.
