Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development process for assigned game projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using project management software.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members, including designers, engineers, artists, and QA testers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• Champion agile methodologies and best practices to optimize team performance and workflow in a remote-first setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production or project management within the gaming industry.
• Proven success in shipping multiple game titles across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and various production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
