Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance course conditions, player experience, and overall facility profitability.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of groundskeeping, F&B, pro shop, and event staff, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the budgeting process, financial performance, and cost control measures for all operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a secure and sustainable operating environment.
• Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and member activities to drive engagement and revenue.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in golf course management or a related hospitality operations role.
• Strong understanding of golf course agronomy, maintenance practices, and tournament operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams remotely.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Proficiency in relevant golf management software and digital communication tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
