On a typical day, you will analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, annotate design errors, assess typography and color usage, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.

As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply. Large-scale language and vision models are rapidly evolving, and their ability to understand visual creativity depends on high-quality training data.

With your design expertise, tomorrow’s AI can learn to recognize layout principles, evaluate visual hierarchy, interpret color theory, and understand the creative decision-making that drives exceptional design. That training data begins with you—your professional insights will help power the next generation of AI.

We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic design professional with deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development.

You’ll collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats. Fluency with industry-standard design software is required, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related work is valuable, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus. Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are also beneficial.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
