Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and strategies for the e-sports team.
• Scout and recruit talented players, assess their skills, and provide constructive feedback.

• Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster a cohesive and motivated environment.
• Communicate effectively with players, management, and other staff members, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a coach or high-level player in a professional e-sports title.

• Ability to analyze gameplay footage and data to provide actionable feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in player development and team management.
