This high impact role will own the department, leading the BD team by developing strategy and managing execution focused on expanding Flare’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Lead Strategy: Define and articulate a comprehensive, flexible growth strategy for all items owned by the BD team including key partnerships, and capital growth.
Execute with a Hands-On Approach: Drive execution with the Business Development team to ensure consistent progress and tangible results.
