About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy for the company's involvement in e-sports.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with game developers, tournament organizers, players, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the e-sports industry.
• Oversee the development and management of e-sports teams, events, and content initiatives.
• Manage budgets and P&Ls associated with e-sports operations and investments.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams involved in e-sports activities.
