Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the esports division, aligning with company goals and objectives.

• Oversee the planning and execution of tournament participation, including travel, logistics, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, tournament organizers, sponsors, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Manage the esports operational budget, ensuring financial responsibility and profitability.
• Develop and enforce team policies, player conduct guidelines, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing professional esports teams or operations, with a track record of success.
• Deep understanding of the competitive esports landscape, including major titles, leagues, and trends.
