Requirements • 10+ years of experience in the gaming or esports industry, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role. • Deep understanding of various esports titles, competitive structures, and the global esports market. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful long-term strategies with measurable results. • Demonstrated experience in team management, budgeting, and partnership negotiation. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences remotely.
