Remote Head of Human Resources

About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function entirely remotely, supporting operations from anywhere but ideally with a connection to Sandton. This executive role is responsible for setting the HR agenda, developing and implementing global HR strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. You will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and values. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee all talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.
• Extensive experience in leading HR functions in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of international HR practices and South African labour law.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a strong company culture.
