Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' clinical skills, certifications and experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare facility hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
