In this fully remote position, you will guide individuals towards improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized coaching sessions, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle recommendations. You will work with clients across various locations, helping them set and achieve holistic health goals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to understand client needs and goals.

• Provide education and support on healthy lifestyle choices, habit formation, and behavior change.

Requirements
