Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and new partnership opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings, payments, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to improve platform features and offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the global hospitality and tourism industry.
• Contribute to content creation and promotional activities for travel offerings.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and digital tools for business operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global business environment.
• Must be based in South Africa and have a reliable internet connection.
