About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence and drive bookings for their diverse portfolio of properties. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and foster loyalty. You will manage all digital channels, including website optimization, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message. This role is perfect for a seasoned digital marketer with a deep understanding of the hospitality sector and a proven ability to achieve measurable results in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and direct bookings.
- Oversee content creation and management across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Analyze digital marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a significant portion focused on the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Expertise with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of the travel and tourism market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills for a remote work setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
