About the Role

Working entirely from home, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidate needs with hiring managers to onboarding successful hires. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's talent landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. You will play a vital part in shaping the workforce for leading hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hospitality roles , from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter , preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to gauge candidate suitability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
