Requirements • Master's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR compliance, labor law, or risk management. • Expert knowledge of South African labor laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and an understanding of international employment regulations. • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks for remote or distributed teams. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
