About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable HR Compliance Officer to join their team on a fully remote basis, focusing on ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations across their South African operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Stay current with South African labor laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA, etc.) and advise management on compliance matters.

• Manage and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR compliance or a related role.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote delivery.
