About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and knowledgeable Remote HR Compliance Officer to join their fully remote team, supporting operations that include Bloemfontein .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to identify and address compliance issues.
• Manage and investigate any compliance-related concerns or violations.
• Provide guidance and training to HR staff and management on compliance requirements.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to relevant government agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance, legal, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies and audits.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Relevant degree in Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
