About the Role
Our client is searching for a highly analytical and data-driven Remote HR Data Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making regarding workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing dashboards to visualize key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, compensation, and engagement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders on workforce strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support HR initiatives, such as headcount planning and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and reports.
- Stay current with HR analytics best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and visualization skills.
