Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline. • 4+ years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role, with proven success in remote work settings. • In-depth understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
