You will analyze market trends, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align C&B strategies with the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all aspects of employee compensation, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct market research and analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with finance and legal departments on C&B-related matters.
• Communicate C&B programs effectively to employees and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS and C&B software.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, benefits design, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
