Remote HR Generalist - People Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across various departments, addressing queries and concerns.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and support payroll functions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee data within the HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
