You will be responsible for HRIS management, data integrity, HR reporting, and supporting the HR team with various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management, focusing on key performance indicators.
• Support the HR team with the administration of employee benefits, payroll data, and HR compliance.
• Develop and document HR operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees globally.
• Provide excellent HR support to employees, addressing queries related to HR systems and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a related HR support role.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
