Key Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to understand their specific HR and recruitment needs and company culture.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms and professional networks.
• Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback.
• Conduct preliminary salary negotiations and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS .
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist , HR Generalist with a recruitment focus, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing techniques .
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online job portals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
