Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, for various roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
