You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing guidance on compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify and address potential compliance risks.
• Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, advising the organization accordingly.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues.
• Develop training materials on HR compliance topics for employees and managers.
• Liaise with legal counsel and external auditors as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR compliance or labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, etc.).
• Experience in conducting HR risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
