Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven ability to source candidates using a variety of methods, including online platforms and direct sourcing.
• Experience conducting behavioral and situational interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
