About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized and proactive Remote HR Specialist focused on Recruitment to join their fully remote team. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization. You will play a vital role in attracting top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the company's growing talent needs. This role requires a keen eye for talent and the ability to operate effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer management, all remotely.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Maintain the candidate database and ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Enhance the employer branding efforts to attract top talent to the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR recruitment role.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience using various recruitment platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
