About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join their fully remote team, supporting operations across South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and various interview techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
