About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Human Resources Business Partner to support their distributed workforce. In this vital role, you will act as a key advisor to leadership and employees across various departments, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture. This position requires a proactive approach to employee relations, talent management, and organizational development, all managed remotely. You will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, facilitating change, and ensuring HR best practices are embedded throughout the organization, irrespective of geographical location.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Advise on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution in a remote setting.
• Expertise in South African labor law and employee relations.
• Excellent virtual communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
