About the Role

You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various open positions, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees on a range of queries, including policy interpretation and benefits.
• Assist in the administration of HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with relevant South African labor legislation.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR administration.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation in South Africa .
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
