Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing HR functions for a fully remote company .
• Strong understanding of global labour laws and remote work compliance.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Experience with HR technology and tools supporting remote operations.
