About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sanitation and hygiene data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to model process improvements and forecast potential impacts.
• Create visual process maps and documentation to support the implementation of new hygiene strategies.
• Collaborate virtually with operational teams to gather insights and ensure the practical application of recommended changes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings and proposed solutions for hygiene optimization .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process analysis, operations, or a related role within the sanitation or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Experience in developing and documenting SOPs and training materials.
