ICT Support Analyst - 3 Months to $50/hr - Immediate Start Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager - Business Systems, you will deliver operational support across core ICT infrastructure, server environments, and end-user devices and collaborate with ICT leadership to enhance future technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities End-User & System Support: Provide exceptional remote and face-to-face technical support to staff and contractors. Resolve ITIL-aligned service desk tickets, manage escalations, and maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset registers.

Assist with the maintenance, permissions, and security testing of servers, networks, and station AV equipment. Continuous Improvement: Analyze ticket trends to identify process enhancements and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
