About the Role

Our client, a data-driven organization within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Remote Impact Measurement Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote position is crucial for evaluating and demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of our client's programs. You will be responsible for developing methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on key performance indicators to articulate the organization's value to stakeholders and funders. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions and showcase positive social outcomes, working from anywhere while contributing to vital mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust frameworks and methodologies for measuring program impact and social return on investment.
• Design data collection tools and protocols, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate impact findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into program design and implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, public policy, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation, and data analysis within the non-profit or Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and highly effective at managing projects remotely, ideally based near Sandton, Gauteng .
