Remote Impact Strategist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Remote Impact Strategist to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in defining, measuring, and communicating the impact of our client's various initiatives on a global scale. You will work closely with program teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to develop robust frameworks for impact assessment, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional with expertise in impact measurement, program evaluation, and strategic planning, who thrives in a distributed work environment and is passionate about driving meaningful social change through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive impact measurement frameworks and strategies.
• Design and manage data collection tools and methodologies for program evaluation.
• Analyze program data to identify key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare compelling reports and presentations on organizational impact for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact considerations into program design and implementation.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in impact assessment and social sector trends.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, International Development, Economics, or Data Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact strategy, program evaluation, or M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
