Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of production processes, supply chains, and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and propose lean manufacturing strategies, Six Sigma projects, and other optimization initiatives leveraging data analytics.
• Design and simulate improved process flows, layouts, and systems, presenting findings virtually to stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed engineering, operations, and management teams through virtual communication channels.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and process maps, for implementation by on-site teams.
• Monitor the implementation and success of process improvements, providing remote guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with simulation software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
